Indeed, these days the forum is basically centered around AI, with very little discussion of technology.
It really feels like as the number of people grows, the pros are less willing to share. It’s pretty hard to stay chill when advanced Level 3 tech posts get instantly reposted to Xiaohongshu and Douyin.
Yeah, whenever I open linux.do, it’s just all AI everywhere.
If not for AI, I wouldn’t even know about these tech forums (lol).
But non-tech forums aren’t affected much by AI, like Bangumi and Doki Chinese Club, for example.
